DESCRIPTION:The City of La Verne Community Services Department is hosting a COVID-19 Booster Vaccination Clinic on Thursday\, February 3rd. The clinic will be held at the La Verne Community Center located at 3680 D Street. It is open to all eligible LA County residents ages 5 and up! The boosters are free  ! Health insurance is not required to receive a vaccine booster. Either Moderna or Pfizer booster doses will be available at the clinic.\n\n\n\n Pre-registration is required! Once registered\, please remember to bring your vaccination card and a valid form of ID. Masks are required upon entering the La Verne Community Center.
