McKinley aims to raise over $40,000 for abused children at annual Golf Tournament

McKinley’s 27​ Annual Invitational Golf Tournament will be held on November 2nd, 2020 at Western Hills Country Club (1800 Carbon Canyon Rd, Chino Hills, CA 91709). The day begins at 8:00 am with check beginning at 7:30am, followed by the first tee off at 8:00am.

“The golf tournament is always a great day of fun and philanthropy for all who attend,” said Grace Sanchez, Senior Vice President of Development at McKinley Children’s Center. In the past, McKinley has raised thousands at previous individual tournaments. This year, McKinley aims to raise $40,000 in light of the Covid-19 crisis and urgent needs.

Money raised will directly support the special programs and therapeutic activities for the at-risk and vulnerable children who call McKinley home. In addition, funds raised will directly benefit McKinley’s virtual learning environment for it’s two school campuses with a sponsorship level in the tournament designated for Chromebook donations.

The price for an individual golfer to play is $195 (a foursome is $780) and includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, on course contests, lunch, opportunity drawings, and a live auction. Sponsorship opportunities are available starting at $195.

This tournament will be COVID safe! As we join together to golf for a cause, we will be in compliance with CDC guidelines. A custom face mask will be included as well!
