Patricia Juarez of GMA Real Estate has been representing clients in La Verne, Claremont, San Dimas and throughout Southern California for over 20 years. Having worked previously as a mortgage underwriter, Patricia has the knowledge to help buyers obtain the right mortgage for them.

Having a strong mortgage background also helps ensure our sellers that we vigorously examine that buyers, who present offers to us, are qualified and approved to ensure a smooth closing transaction.

In addition, Patricia is also a registered tax preparer, with the California Tax Education Council and can give the necessary tax advice that many buyers and sellers face when buying or selling property.
