About Us

A unique Spa Boutique. Inspired by the film “Practical Magic,” starring Sandra Bullock, Serendipity was a labor of love and support. While pregnant with her first child, Jen Ortega Breakey (then Executive Spa Director for Glen Ivy Hot Springs Day Spas) decided to open her own spa so that she could enjoy a mom and work balance as well as provide a safe, welcoming environment for other working moms.

That was 10 years ago. Jen now also uses her experience in product development to create and showcase her proprietary “Jen Treat” lotion and other delightful products at Serendipity, where “natural” and “organic” still play leading roles.
