Drive-Through COVID-19 Testing
Bonita Unified School District is hosting a drive-through COVID-19 testing event at not cost to participants. All community members, students, parents and employees are invited. No appointment necessary; drive through or park and walk up. Participants must complete a Patient Test Request Form (click here for English version and here for Spanish version). Forms will be available on site as well.
