Businesses should bring the following documents so we can assist with eligibility and grant applications:

Business Document Checklist

- Signed and unaltered Federal 2019, 2020, or 2021 tax returns (upload ALL pages)

- Official filing with the California Secretary of State (which must be active) or local municipality, as applicable, for your business:

- Articles of Incorporation

- Certificate of Organization

- Fictitious Business Name Filing

- Professional License, if applicable

- Government-Issued Business License

- Government-issued or foreign photo ID for business principals, which include Matricula Cards or Passport

- Valid bank account (required)
