Sheraton Fairplex Presents: Farm Dinners are Back

Join us for a delightful evening at the Sheraton Fairplex Suites & Conference Center as we celebrate the return of our renowned Farm Dinners. This special event brings the farm-to-table experience to life with a carefully curated five-course meal, featuring fresh, locally-sourced ingredients directly from Fairplex Farms. For $129 (inclusive of tax and gratuity), guests will indulge in a menu designed by our expert chefs, paired with a selection of hand-picked wines to enhance each dish. From the prosecco-infused amuse bouche to the exquisite wood-grilled filet mignon, every course is crafted to highlight the vibrant flavors of the season.

*Menu:** -
**Amuse Bouche:** Prosecco-infused compressed melons, feta cheese, basil and mint gelée, balsamic caviar. -
*Salad:** A mix of red and green leaf romaine, yellow sunburst, zebra and red heirloom tomatoes, lemon cucumbers, baby carrots, sunflower seeds, house-made farmer’s cheese, and red wine vinaigrette. - **Pasta:** Gnocchi al forno with wild mushrooms, caramelized sweet onions, spicy sausage, fontina cheese, and black truffle. -
**Entrée:** Wood-grilled filet mignon with fondant potatoes, Fairplex Farms ratatouille, and calvados reduction sauce. -
**Dessert:** Apache blackberry mille-feuille with Madagascar vanilla bean panna cotta and framboise coulis.
