The town hall is presented by Senator Anthony J. Portantino and includes a conversation with Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna, Dr. Garen Wintemute of UC Davis Health Violence Prevention Research Program, Dr. Le Ondra Clark Harvey of the California Council of Community Behavioral Health Agencies, Debra Manners from Sycamores and Wendy Wang from Sycamores.
