Located in Old Town La Verne, Chase's concept of cooking was born out of the backyard of business man and chef, Christopher Gendreau. Experimenting for 20 years with grilling and smoking food, he perfected an amazing combination of flavors grilling with Paso Robles red oak, a method which imparts a most distinct and ancient taste for the pallet. Susan Wickman, a seasoned restaurant/bar manager, has made Chase's La Verne become a reality. Our outdoor grill marries with a large patio featuring an amazing fire wall, custom-built fire pit seating, heaters and umbrellas. We have lush and comfortable inside seating that feels as cozy for a romantic dinner for 2 as it does for a large catered party. We have a full bar & an outdoor lounge carrying unique liquors, fine wines, craft tap handles, and bottled beers. An oak fired Ribeye, fresh fish, burger or any of our artfully handcrafted plates from our kitchen or grill are sure to inspire.
